We will compile the construction requirements with you and our measurement technician will collect the essential data.
Selection of windows and doors
Now it's time to get to the details. After we have taken up the dimensions and your wishes, select the appropriate windows and doors — based on style, functionality and energy efficiency.
We recommend that you visit us in our exhibition: together we'll go through the options again and you can see colors, functionality and style live again.
Preparation of offers
After you have selected your personal desired window or front door, we will immediately provide you with an individual offer. Here we transparently break down all costs for you; we do not have any hidden additional costs. Disassembly, assembly and disposal are also already calculated. You can easily receive your offer by email or post.
Order placement and fine measurement
You can check out our offer in peace and quiet; we are always available to answer any questions you may have. Once all details have been clarified, you will be approved and the order will be placed. Before your front door or window goes into production, we will arrange another on-site appointment with you. Here, the fine measurement is now taken taking into account all details.
Production and assembly planning
Once all questions and details have been clarified and fine-tuned, we will send you the order confirmation. We will now hand over your order to production, where your windows or front door will be individually manufactured. At the same time, we are already discussing the planned delivery and installation period with you.
(De-assembly and disposal)
Shortly before the planned delivery, we will arrange a suitable appointment for the installation of the new windows or your front door. The installation is carried out quickly and cleanly by our trained personnel. If you are renovating, we will of course take care of dismantling your old windows in good time. We will then recycle them properly or, if necessary, dispose of them properly.
