Innovative, high-precision manufacturing technology
The special look of Visign Is only possible through innovative manufacturing technology. On the technical background: When two plastic window profiles are connected together, this is called “welding,” in which the plastic is heated and the so-called miter (corner joint) is permanently joined together. In the past, this resulted in an excess plastic bead all around the joint, which was removed as a visible V-groove.
That's different now: Thanks to our high-precision, innovative manufacturing technology, we can weld the corner connections of frame and wing extremely precisely. With the naked eye, it is barely possible to see a groove anymore. In addition, the new vision has excellent stability and corner fracture resistance.
